Conte guided Chelsea to a 5-0 victory against Stoke on Saturday thanks to goals from Antonio Rudiger, Danny Drinkwater, Pedro, Willian and Davide Zappacosta.
But his side still trail Manchester City by 13 points, and they have a game in hand against Crystal Palace today (12pm).
Conte has already ruled out catching the league leaders and he acknowledges that it will be a difficult battle to finish in the Champions League places.
But he has told chairman Roman Abramovich that he is not too bothered if the club bring in reinforcements or not.
“I am very happy to work with my players – I have had conversations with the club – and they know my opinion,” Conte told Match of the Day.
“I am the coach and I look after the things on the pitch, if the club can help us, it would be okay, but if they can’t it will be okay as well.
“I think at this moment it doesn’t depend on us, because let’s be honest, Man City are on a fantastic run.
“We just have to give everything in every game to try and get three points, and then at the end of the season we will see what happens.”
Forward Eden Hazard has been the main name linked with a move away from Stamford Bridge.
Real Madrid are thought to be keen on taking him to the Bernabeu.
David Luiz could also head for the exit door after falling out of favour.
If either of Hazard or Luiz leave, Conte would need reinforcements as the battle for the top four begins to heat up.
