Xbox Live Gold subscribers had better hurry if they want to download the first batch of Games with Gold releases for January 2018.

The January 2018 Games with Gold titles are about to be replaced on and Xbox 360.

Subscribers will be able to download the new releases from January 16, which means there’s only a few hours left to grab the current crop of releases.

This includes Back to the Future: The Game – 30th Anniversary Edition on Xbox One and Tomb Raider: Underworld on Xbox 360.

These games will be replaced by Ubisoft’s survival horror game Zombi on Xbox One and Army of Two on Xbox 360.

Zombi will be available all the way until midnight on February 15, while Army of Two will be replaced by a new Xbox 360 game on February 1.

Developed by Telltale Games, Back to the Future: The Game – 30th Anniversary Edition is a narrative-based puzzle game featuring members of the original movie cast.

“Six months after Back to the Future Part III, the DeLorean time machine mysteriously returns to Hill Valley – driverless!” reads an Xbox post.

“Marty McFly must once again go back in time, or else the space-time continuum will be forever unraveled!

“Featuring Christopher Lloyd as Doc Brown, Tom Wilson as Biff Tannen, and Claudia Wells as Jennifer Parker, with a special appearance by Michael J. Fox, and introducing A.J. LoCascio voicing Marty McFly. Created in cooperation with movie series Co-Writer and Producer, Bob Gale.”

The 30th Anniversary Edition even includes a behind-the-scenes making of video, complete with an interview with Bob Gale.

Zombi, meanwhile, is a port of the Wii U survival horror game set in London.

“London is falling. Are you prepared?” a Microsoft post reads. “The Last Blight is upon us. It was foretold.

“For the second time in history, a great plague has shrouded London in a fog of death. Big Ben tolls as thousands of unprepared die, or worse, are infected by a sickness more gruesome than death.

“You’re still breathing, for now, but how long will you survive the labyrinth of London’s streets and underground canals, abandoned by the outside world and surrounded by infected?

“The horrifying remains of humanity, ravaged by the terrifying disease, are shuffling through the streets, waiting at every turn to prey on your living flesh.”
